Membership FAQs 2021/22 Season

Renewing members are encouraged to login to their membership account via https://premier.sportsubs.com.au/aleague/perthglory/myaccount/login? Members same seat window closes 23rd July 2021

Unfortunately not. We are unable to facilitate tours of the stadium, however we can provide detailed diagrams to assist with visualising seating options. Renewing members will automatically resecure their previous seat unless arrangements are made via phone with the PGFC Membership Team.

Australian Aged Pension, Seniors Card, Disability Pension Card and Full Time Tertiary Student ID Cards will all be accepted. Please notify the club of your concession type and relevant card number on application to avoid any delays in receiving your membership. All concession members must have identification available for presentation upon entry on match day and when requested whilst at the ground.

hildren must be 16 years of age or under at the time of membership purchase. Date of Birth must be given at the time of application. Children aged 3 years or under will be admitted free to Perth Glory FC home games at HBF Park but will not be provided with a seat. Relevant junior tickets need to be purchased for children occupying seats.

COVID-19 Impact on 2021/22 Season

We recommend you purchase a Deep Purple Membership (see below for details) This will give you access to the Loyalty Discount price if you change your mind later and choose to take out a full season Membership before the season kicks off. For those who hold a reserved seat, you will have until 5pm Thursday 7th January 2021 to resecure your seat. If you do not renew before the Seat Renewal deadline, you will lose access to the loyalty discount and must renew your full season Membership for the guarantee of keeping your same seat.

Perth Glory Football Club does not allow for the refund of membership purchases unless there are exceptional personal circumstances. Refunds will not be given if the membership holder changes their mind. Membership applications will be processed as they are received and cannot be withdrawn once processed. There are no refunds on the basis of specific seat allocation or dissatisfaction with the provision of individual elements of the entitlements. Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions before purchasing/renewing your Membership.

Our Deep Purple Membership includes 1 ticket to any 2 Home or Away Fixtured Games. Requests for tickets must be submitted 2 weeks before the chosen match. We also have a Country Membership which includes a Silver Family ticket (2x Adults 2x Juniors). This membership is only available to those who live 75km or more from the Perth CBD.

There are 25 ACROD parking bays available on Loton Park which is located on Lord Street and is in close proximity of Gate 4. Loton Park ACROD bays cost $10. There are also 6 ACROD bays on Brewer Street (closest to the Pier Street end). Costs are applicable and are set by City of Vincent.

Yes, you will have free access to public transport three hours before and after our home games. Please see the Public Transport Authority website for full schedules and timetables.

You will need to contact the Membership Team to arrange a replacement card/ticket. In cases where a replacement card needs to be ordered, a $15 reprint fee must be paid. In the event you are without a card/ ticket for a home game you can visit the membership desk located at Gate 1 who can issue a lost ticket voucher. The Membership Desk is open 90 minutes prior to kick off time.

For members convenience you can visit the Perth Glory Membership office located at Gate 1 of HBF Park. The membership desk is open 90 mins prior to kick-off time.

All membership cards are transferrable as long as the person using them is of the same price type. For example: Adults are not permitted to use a Junior member card, nor can an Adult use a Concession member card. Please be aware that you may be asked to present your valid concession card if entering on a Concession Membership.

Yes, you can set up a payment plan and arrange to pay off your membership in 4 payments including the initial payment. Our payment plan can only be set up against a valid credit card as we do not have the ability to direct debit. There is a small fee of $1 per forward payment which will total $4 on top of the cost of your membership. Please refer to the Terms and conditions for further information.

Yes, we have a Paperless Auto-Renewal Option (PA-R) which automatically rolls over your membership from year to year. We provide a 28, 14 and 7-day reminder prior to processing each renewal to give members an opportunity to make adjustments or cancel. Those who elect to use the PA-R system receive a $2.50 discount per membership. Please refer to the Terms and conditions for further information.

Parking around HBF Park is very limited. We recommend making use of your Free public transport and suggest parking at your local bus/ train station. Platinum members, however, may use their parking permit which is supplied as part of their membership.

Only Shed members or Shed ticket holders are allowed in to the Shed. Providing capacity allows, members may contact the PGFC Membership team prior to match day to arrange a Shed Ticket swap.

You will be classed as four individual members. As a courtesy to members we offer a “Transitional Discount” of 10% off the entire price when renewing into your new applicable categories.

We have two allocated alcohol-free blocks. Blocks S217 and S223. We recently expanded Block S217 to be designated Family Friendly Blocks. This area extends from S217, S117, S218 and S118. Please refer to a copy of our stadium map for more information.
