Terms and Conditions for purchase of merchandise of Perth Glory FC (ABN 16 053 910 133)

Perth Glory FC uses the services of Expeed Technology Pty Ltd trading as Sports Subs (ABN 94 110 845 415) for management of Perth Glory’s online store.

These Terms and Conditions will apply to all Orders made online through the Perth Glory website. Please note SportSubs may also impose additional terms and conditions upon Orders.

Orders, Prices and Payment

All Orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Perth Glory FC

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (inclusive of GST), and goods must be paid for in Australian Dollars.

Prices displayed are subject to change without notice.  Prices for an Online Order are fixed once the order has been confirmed and accepted. 

Perth Glory will charge the price displayed.  The purchaser will pay this price and any delivery or handling fee applicable at the time of purchase.

All purchases must be way of credit/debit card acceptable to Perth Glory or SportsSubs.  Nominated credit card details must be provided during the purchase process described on the Website. Perth Glory is unable to access cash on delivery. All payments are made via our “Gateway Provider”, Stripe (https://stripe.com). It is the Gateway provider who will contact the card issuer and request payment in real time and will either charge or reject the charge at the end of the checkout process

Should the payment be rejected, the purchaser will be advised with a reason given by their card issuer for the rejection – neither SportsSubs nor the Gateway Provider make any determination as to the ability to make payment or financial worthiness, save for required fraud-checking and all charge results that are shown are that as determined by the card issuer.

All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the order and credit card details provided to Perth Glory are safe and secure.  While Perth Glory takes all reasonable precautions the security of the transaction cannot be guaranteed. 

Perth Glory will not despatch goods until payment is cleared.  If the payment cannot be processed, the order will be rejected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Member discount of 10% is not applicable to Sale Items, Gift Vouchers, Postage and Personalised Shirts.

  

Delivery

Subject to availability, Perth Glory will endeavour to deliver the goods ordered to the nominated delivery address.  However, Perth Glory will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.

Orders will be deemed as successfully delivered once the tracking of the Order confirms that it has been delivered.

If inaccurate or incomplete information is provided when making an order, Perth Glory will not be liable for any loss resulting in delay or failure to deliver the goods.  Perth Glory is under no obligation to resend the Order and the purchaser may be liable to pay a further delivery fee.

The person who receives the good/goods at the nominated delivery address will be presumed by Perth Glory to be authorised to receive them.

Any item ordered by pre-order will be sent as soon as the item is available.

During promotional/sale periods it might take a little longer than normal to process an order.

Perth Glory will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond its reasonable control.

Some of the goods may not be available for delivery to certain locations outside Australia.  Perth Glory retains the right to determine what it can and cannot deliver to any particular location.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customs

Goods that are being sent internationally often have customs and other duties or taxes payable when they arrive at the country of destination.  It is solely the responsibility of the receiver to pay these duties and taxes.  Ordered items may not be released by the relevant local authority at the country of destination until these charges are paid.

Information and Images of Goods

Perth Glory will endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and images of goods sold on the Website.

Photographs and graphics are used for representational purposes only and may, at times, differ from the actual goods received.

Perth Glory strongly recommends that the purchaser read the labels on the goods carefully before using and washing the goods.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Perth Glory will facilitate returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 

Refunds or exchanges must be claimed with 14 days from the date of purchase.  Goods must be returned to either our Official Team Store or our postal address with a copy of invoice. If exchanging an item by post, a self-addressed postage satchel must be provided to facilitate sending the replacement item/s. Failure to do so will incur a postage fee of $10 for Domestic Orders and $35 for International Orders. Perth Glory’s mailing address is Perth Glory Team Store, PO Box 564, Fremantle WA 6959. All postage charges in respect to refunds or exchanges will be at the expense of the purchaser, unless the item is incorrectly supplied, in which case Perth Glory will bear the cost.

Goods must be in its original and saleable condition with all tags/labels attached.  Goods must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and in original packaging.

We do not refund or credit for incorrect purchase, change of mind or because the person for whom the goods were purchased for does not want them.   

If a product is received that appears to have been “Damaged in Transit”, delivery should be refused and Perth Glory should be notified immediately.

Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.  All sales are final unless goods received are faulty.  If the item is faulty then the purchaser can choose a refund or exchange provided that a copy of the invoice is provided.

Customised items including personalised shirts cannot be returned or exchanged. We accept no responsibility once a shirt has been printed or in the event that a player leaves the Squad and/or his squad number changes.

Refunds will be given using the original payment where a credit or debit card was used to make the purchase.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned for cash.

Liability

Perth Glory is not liable for any loss resulting from the interception of data through the Website by unauthorised third parties.


Black Friday Terms and Conditions

Before you score a great deal on your favourite Perth Glory gear in this Black Friday Mystery Box Sale, take a moment to go over the terms and conditions, as well as our returns policy located at the bottom of the page.


Terms and Conditions:

The promotion starts at 9:00am on Wednesday, November 22, and concludes at 11:59pm on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. The sale is not valid in conjunction with any percentage-odd discount code, like member discounts. Prices from the promotion cannot be applied retroactively to orders made outside the designated time period.

Review our returns policy below before making a purchase.


Returns Policy:

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to any items purchased during the Black Friday Mystery Box Sale between 9:00am on Wednesday, November 22, and concludes at 11:59pm on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty or damaged. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged and eligible for return, please contact our customer service team, explaining the issue with attached images for review.

If an item is deemed faulty, the return must be arranged within 14 days of your Order Purchase Date. All items are inspected on arrival at our Team Store. Please make sure your iitem(s) are:

  • unwashed
  • unword;
  • and - original tags still attached.

There are strictly NO refunds, store credits, or exchanges on Black Friday Mystery Box Sale items unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged.
