Does my Membership include 2022 home finals matches?
Membership only includes access to Western Force home games for the regular season. Members will receive exclusive Priority Purchase for Western Force Home Finals in 2022. Members will be notified of the details of the purchase period closer to the 2022 Finals series.

Have Membership prices changed for the 2022 season?
We are delighted to let you know that we’ve created Membership options with fantastic value for money. Please check individual categories for all the available price points, we are confident there is an option to suit everyone.

What is the criteria for a Concession Membership?
Concession discounts apply to full government pension card holders (War, Aged, TPI, Invalid and Disability), Senior Card holders and full-time Secondary and Tertiary students only. Please note that international senior and student cards are not accepted. Proof of eligibility for Concession must be available for display upon entry to the venue.

What is the criteria for a Junior Membership?
A child aged 15 years and under (as at 1 January 2022) is eligible for a Junior Membership. Children aged 3 years and under (as at 1 January 2022) may attend Western Force home games free of charge, however they will not be provided with a separate seat and must sit on a lap. This applies for Juniors as part of a Family Pass.

What is the criteria for a Family Membership?
Family Memberships apply to two (2) adults 16 years and over (as at 1 January 2022) and two (2) Juniors 15 Years and under (as at 1 January 2022).

Does Western Force accept Companion Cards?
Western Force continue to be affiliated with the Companion Card program which entitles card holders to a free Membership or match by match ticket for their carer to any Western Force event. Companion Card holders / Carers will need to contact the Western Force Membership Team to arrange their Membership on (08) 6118 5725 or email memberships@westernforce.com.au. For match by match ticketing you will need to contact Ticketmaster once the games are on sale.

Seating Allocations
All seats at HBF Park for the 2022 Western Force season will now be classified as Reserved Seating with the exception of The Shed (Standing). All Members who held a Reserved Seat in 2021 will be able to either renew their Reserved Seat into the exact same location for 2022 or they can contact the Memberships team to relocate to an alternate location. All Members who purchased an Unreserved Seat in 2021 will now be required to select Reserved Seating for the 2022 season. Western Force reserves the right to move Members seats by up to three (3) seats to avoid unnecessary single seat gaps. Once you have purchased your Membership, you are able to check your seat details in your Membership account under “PURCHASE HISTORY”.

What do I do if I have forgotten my Membership portal username or password?
The original renewal email you received lists your username and other details you can use to access the Western Force Membership portal. If you have already reset your password and have a new Username and Password click HERE. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the steps on the log-in page. Please note:All Members will need to reset their password the first time they access the system. Click HERE to reset.

How does the payment schedule work?
Members have the option to apply a payment schedule to their Membership. Any orders electing to pay via a payment schedule will incur a $5 Administration Fee, which will be applied per account and have the charge split across the months associated with the plan. The payment schedule does not apply to merchandise items, clinics or other events listed on the Member Portal. The full cost of additional items will be included in the first payment of your payment plan. All prices include GST, if applicable, and are quoted in AUD.


What are the additional fees and charges for my 2022 Western Force Membership?
There will no longer be the option of Member Pack collection at Western Force HQ. A Membership Processing, Fulfillment and Postage Fee of $2.50 per Member will apply to all full season Members and $16.95 for all Away Supporters (Away Supporter postage includes bulky items and full season Members must redeem with a voucher on game day). All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Orders purchased by electronic payment are subject to approval and customer account verification.

How will Western Force communicate with me during the season?
We mainly contact our Members via email and Social Media platforms. This includes e-newsletters, finals ticket information, event and match day information and exclusive offers as part of the the Force Rewards Program. Please ensure your contact details are always kept up to date. If you haven’t been receiving our emails to date, please contact the Membership Team to look into this for you.

Who can use my Membership Card?
Western Force Members are entitled to transfer their ticket to a family Member or a friend providing that person is of the equivalent level of entry (i.e. Concession/Junior). Adults found to be using a Concession / Junior Membership card will be refused entry. Should you need to upgrade your ticket, please visit the Ticketmaster Box Office at the game.

Lost or misplaced my membership card - what can I do?
Should you lose or misplace your Membership card there will be a dedicated Western Force Membership Team Member at all home games. Please visit the Gate 4 Membership Desk should you require any assistance. If you have lost or misplaced your card prior to game day, it is best to notify the Memberships Team in advance via email memberships@westernforce.com.au to cancel the original barcode and issue you with a new card ready for you to collect at the Membership Desk on game day. Replacements cards are charged at $10 per card.

Where can I buy merchandise?
15% discount at the Western Force Team Store located at Western Force HQ (203 Underwood Avenue Floreat), the Western Force merchandise outlets located at HBF Park on match day and during the membership renewal process on the member portal. Please Note: This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is not available online via our apparel provider

Sea of Blue forever faqs

What is Sea of Blue Forever?
Sea of Blue Forever is an automatic renewal of Western Force Membership. By electing to be part of Sea of Blue Forever, users authorise Western Force to renew their Membership each season into the same package or a reasonably comparable package. The applicable Membership fees are then charged to the credit or debit card used to purchase the previous Membership. When purchasing a Western Force Membership, the Sea of Blue Forever is automatically selected and allowing the user to choose to opt-out.

How do I know if I opted into Sea of Blue Forever (automatic rollover)?
Following the 2022 Western Force season, prior to 2023 Membership renewals being released, Members will be sent an email advising them when the rollover will take place. If you are unsure, you can login to your Membership account to check your opt-in status or contact the Western Force Membership Team for assistance via email memberships@westernforce.com.au

When will my Membership automatically rollover?
If you elected to be part of Sea of Blue Forever automatic renewal, your Membership will automatically rollover on the date advised in an email which will be sent shortly after the 2022 Western Force season, prior to 2023 Membership renewals being released. If you would like to change your status, you can login to your Membership account to update your opt-in status or contact the Western Force Membership Team for assistance via email memberships@westernforce.com.au

How do I opt-out of Sea of Blue Forever?
To elect to opt-out of Sea of Blue Forever automatic Membership renewal, you can do this at the time of booking your 2022 Membership by updating your account at any point prior to 2023 Membership renewals being released, or by contacting the Western Force Membership Team for assistance via email memberships@westernforce.com.au. Please note you will need to contact the Membership Team prior to the automatic renewal date which will be sent in an email prior to 2023 Membership renewals being released, should you wish to opt-out. 

Can I pay upfront or in instalments?
All 2022 Members will have the option to pay either upfront or on a monthly payment plan. If you selected to pay upfront when purchasing your Membership for the 2022 season, you will automatically rollover with the upfront payment option. If you selected to pay via instalments when purchasing your Membership for the 2022 season, you will rollover onto the monthly payment schedule plan the following season. If you decide to renew earlier, you will be required to pay either upfront or your first instalment at the time of purchase. Remaining instalments will be direct debited on the same day at the beginning of each month.

What Membership category will I rollover into?
You will rollover into the same seat or equivalent category of Membership you were allocated for your 2022 Membership. Please Note: Members will be notified should there be any changes to Membership categories made between the 2022 and 2023 Western Force seasons which may affect their current Membership allocation.

If I would like to change my Membership category for the 2022 season, how do I do this?
If you would like to change your Membership category for the 2023 season prior to the auto renewal, you will need to contact the Western Force Membership Team for assistance via email memberships@westernforce.com.au
