2019/20 Northern Territory Football League (NTFL) Membership Terms and Conditions

AFL Northern Territory

  • 1. MEMBERSHIP

    • 1.1. Concession Members must hold a valid Pension Card - aged, single parent, disability or veterans affairs, a Health Care, Health Benefit or Seniors card. Students must be enrolled full-time to qualify for concession membership. A copy of a valid concession card needs to be provided with the membership application.
    • 1.2. Juniors must be 17 years or under as at October 1, 2019. (ie born after October 1, 2001). This includes juniors in a family and individual Junior Supporter Memberships.
    • 1.3. All family memberships consist of two adults and up to two children (under 17 years of age as outlined at point 1.2). Any additional members aged under 17 years will be required to purchase an individual Junior Membership. Juniors 9 and under have free access to matches.
    • 1.4. The number of junior members who are part of this family must be nominated at the time of the application being submitted.
    • 1.5. NTFL membership cards are non-transferable. The membership card always remains the responsibility of the member.
    • 1.6. The membership card remains the property of AFLNT.
    • 1.7.
      • a. All NTFL membership packages are seasonal memberships. The respective membership fee for each membership is valid for one season only.
      • b. All memberships expire at the end of each respective season. However, the membership card will still be valid to use at TIO Stadium and Traeger Park AFL games to gain access to Kantilla's (payment required for gate entry).
    • 1.8. NTFL does not accept any responsibility for membership cards that are lost, stolen or destroyed. Lost membership cards should be reported to AFLNT on 08 8980 4801 to be replaced.
    • 1.9. All members must comply with AFL Northern Territory's (AFLNT) Code of Conduct and game entry terms and conditions. Any violation may result in membership being withdrawn from the offending party.
    • 1.10. AFLNT reserves the right to refuse any application. The Club also reserves the right to cancel a membership without refund to any member in breach of these terms and conditions.
    • 1.11. Members should notify AFLNT of any changes of address or contact details for all memberships. Members' change of contact details may be completed in writing, through their online membership account, via an email from an email address already registered with AFLNT; or over the phone after the details have been verified.
    • 1.12. All members are issued with an account ID and password for their NTFL account. It is the member's responsibility to protect this information. AFLNT is not responsible for any changes that are made on this site if the member allows access to their account by another party.
    • 1.13. All Members with game access need to use their membership card to access NTFL home games.
    • 1.14. NTFL Members can gain access to all NTFL games at all NTFL venues including NTFL finals.

  • 2. KANTILLAS BAR

  • 2.1. All members over the age of 18 are able to gain access to Kantilla's Bar and can sign in four additional people during the NTFL Season.
  • 2.2. Dress standards in Kantilla's Members bar apply; thongs, singlets, team playing uniforms are not permitted.
  • 2.3. Parents must strictly supervise children under the age of 18 at all times.
  • 3. PAYMENTS

  • 3.1. Payment of your NTFL membership fee may be made online or over the phone via Visa or Mastercard or in person via Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Money Order, Cash or EFTPOS.
  • 3.2. Payments can be made in monthly installments (5 payments), the first installment will be taken on sign up with the remaining payments taken on the 10th of each month from October 10 to January 10. For sign ups after October, missed monthly payments will be charged on sign up. A $1 transaction fee will apply on each monthly payment. Failed payments may incur additional costs, please see the separate payment plan terms and conditions for further information.
  • 3.3. Any person seeking a refund must do so in writing, addressed to the Commercial Manager, prior to 1 May 2019. All requests for refunds will be considered but not guaranteed.
  • 3.4. All membership prices for season 2019/20 are inclusive of GST.
  • Payments are made by credit/debit card only. All payments are made via our "Gateway Provider", Stripe (https://stripe.com); it is they who will contact your card issuer and request payment in real time and will either charge or reject the charge at the end of the checkout process. Should your payment be rejected you will be advised as to the reason given by your card issuer for the rejection – neither Expeed nor the Gateway Provider make any determination as to your ability to make payment or financial worthiness, save for required fraud-checking and all charge results that are shown are that as determined by your card issuer.

    When making payment, the Customer will either pay for the product in full, or elect (in some, but not all cases) to pay on a payment plan. When opting for a payment plan, the Customer will be advised of the payment interval dates and amounts. The indicated amount will be charged to the same card used for the initial payment on those interval dates. If the Customer becomes aware that the payment cannot be made on the specified interval date, they should contact the Club concerned to advise them and make alternative payment arrangements.

    The Gateway Provider is solely responsible for storing and processing of card details, and at no point do Sport Subs, the Club or any staff of either party get to see card details in full. At no point do card details entered on the Website get transmitted through or stored on the web servers of Sport Subs or the Club. Our Gateway Provider will issue Sport Subs with an encrypted “token” to represent the card details they have stored for the Customer’s card, and it is this token that Sport Subs refer to in all communications with the Gateway Provider. Masked details of the cards that the Gateway Provider has stored for Customer will be displayed in the MyAccount section of the Website, where the Customer can manage those cards and the purpose(s) for which they are used.

  • 4. MISCELLANEOUS

  • 4.1. AFL NT is committed to protecting the privacy of its Members. Information collected will be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. View the Policy at www.aflnt.com.au or contact 08 8980 4801.
  • 4.2. Pursuant to the No Smoking laws in the Northern Territory, all NTFL venues are non-smoking.
  • 4.3. AFLNT may from time to time where reasonably necessary vary the terms and conditions of NTFL Membership. AFLNT will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the AFLNT website. Members will have no claim against AFL NT by reason of any change made to its membership terms and conditions.

AFL Northern Territory Monthly Instalments Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

  • 1. This monthly instalment payment plan is available on all NTFL Memberships.
  • 2. By committing to monthly instalments, the member authorises AFLNT to arrange a transfer of funds from the members' nominated credit card for the amount applicable to the members' membership type.
  • 3. Payments must be made using Visa or MasterCard only.
  • 4. The monthly plan will be split into five equal instalments. The first instalment of 20% will be debited on the date of purchase, with further payments of 20% on the 1st of each month from 1 October 2019 until 1 January 2020 unless full payment is made beforehand.
  • 5. There will be a $5.00 transaction fee for the first payment.
  • 6. Members who sign up after October 10 will need to pay any monthly instalments missed along with the initial payment.
  • 7. If a member wishes to opt out of the monthly plan with money still owing, all outstanding payments must be complete at the time of opting out.
  • 8. If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 20th of any month, further attempts will be made throughout the month to attempt to clear the fund transfer. The member will be contacted via SMS, email, phone and/or post to advise the member of any failed payments.
  • 9. If the members' debit is returned or dishonoured by the members' financial institution the member will be contacted requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to the member by the members' financial institution will be payable by the member. It is the members' responsibility to ensure that: a. the credit card details the member have provided are valid/correct b. the member has sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date
  • 10. If a member makes a monthly payment online through their online account, the card used for their latest payment will automatically be applied for all future instalments.
  • 11. Members will not be provided with reminders or invoices prior to each payment plan instalment.
  • 12. AFLNT may suspend the membership if on two consecutive occasions the members' financial institution does not honour the payment.
  • 13. If the member is not up to date with payments, members will not be able to gain access to games or membership entitlements and the members' membership will not be reinstated until overdue payments are made.
  • 14. If the member believes that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact AFLNT on 08 8980 4801.

ORDERING

Customer may order the products and services from Sport Subs by completing and submitting the order form on our website. In placing an order, Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How to buy:

  • Place your order on our website;
  • Print or save your receipt order for your records;
  • You will receive an automated confirmation email from Sport Subs. Please do not reply, it is an automated response to your order;
  • Please make a payment according to the amount quoted in the invoice. The goods ordered from Sport Subs must be prepaid and funds are cleared before we despatch the products.

PRICING INFORMATION

All goods and services attract the Australian Federal Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. The prices shown for products include postage and handling and GST, and the total GST paid is shown in the Tax Invoice. All monetary values shown on this site are Australian Dollars (AUD). Additional charges may be applied by the relevent sporting organisation for international orders.

All prices on Sport Subs are for on-line purchases only and will not be matched at a retail location. It is possible from time to time that some product prices may differ between on-line and other retail outlets for varying reasons.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors or omissions are acceptable.
Photographs and graphics are used for representational purposes only and may not be the exact product or configuration as described.

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds will be provided, unless specified by Fair Trading Legislation. Refunds must be claimed within 7 days from the date of purchase. All products refunded must be in original condition including packaging. Any products returned may incur up to a 20 % restocking fee. All cost incurred in returning the product to Sport Subs for repair, replacement or credit are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customer must notify us and obtain RA (return authorisation) before any products are returned.
  • A copy of original invoice must be sent with the goods.
  • An RA doesn’t guarantee credit, repair or replacement. It is just an authorisation to return products to us.
  • Please check the specifications and compatibility of the products being ordered to ensure they are what you want as we do not sell goods on a trial basis.
  • We do not refund or credit for incorrect purchase.
  • No credit is available for any freight paid.
  • RA is valid for 7 days only.
  • If you receive a product that appears to have been ‘Damaged in transit”, that is damaged in transit from Sport Subs to you, you should refuse to accept delivery of the goods and notify us immediately.

If Sport Subs is warned from delivering the products because of any act of God, industrial dispute, lock-out, fire, flood, war, transport delays or any other cause beyond its control then it shall be entitled at its option to either extend the time for delivery until a reasonable period after such cause has ceased or to cancel the sale and in neither case shall the customer have any claim for loss or damage against Sport Subs.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Each order is bound by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Sport Subs may change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you places an order. All purchases under this website and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of South Australia, Australia

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DELIVERING OF ORDERS

Sport Subs will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from your use or your inability to use this website or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or services or resulting from any products or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through this website or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on this website, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if Sport Subs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
